测试项目


1、失效分析:对石化、电力、机械、冶金、交通等行业金属构件的失效破坏、寿命分析、材质鉴定等进行分析研究、综合评判。 

     Failure analysis: analyzing and judging the failure destruction, life analysis and materials identification of hardware in the areas of petrochemistry, electric power, mechanical, metallurgy and traffic.   

2、材质分析:将牌号未知或已知的金属材料构件或制品进行综合分析,对化学成分、合金牌号、组织结构、热加工工艺、各项性能等作出鉴别。 

     Material analysis: analyzing the metal material components or products of known or unknown nameplate and identify the chemical constitution, alloy nameplate, microstructure, thermal processing and other properties.  

3、微区分析:对材料的微观形貌、微区成分、微区结构进行分析。 

     Microanalysis: analyzing the microstructural aspects, micro-constitution and microstructure of materials.  

4、X射线衍射分析:材料结构的微观分析,如物相定性、定量分析,应力测试,织构分析等。 

     X-ray diffraction analysis: analyzing the microstructure of materials, such as phase qualitative, quantitative analysis, stress testing and structural analysis.  

5、化学分析:对无机物或有机化合物进行定性、定量分析。 

     Chemical analysis: qualitative and quantitative analysis of organic matter or inorganic matter.  

6、金相分析:金属材料的宏观与微观组织分析,如组织鉴定,夹杂、缺陷与晶粒度评定,镀层或渗层的测试分析等,以及大型构件的现场金相分析。 

     Metallographic analysis: macro and micro structure analysis of metal material, such as structural identification, assessment of impurities, flaws and grain size, testing and analysis coating or filter bed, and in-situ metallographic analysis of large components.  

7、力学性能测试:材料抗拉(高温)、抗弯、抗压、扩口、压扁以及硬度、冲击(高温或低温)、持久、蠕变、疲劳等性能测试。 

     Mechanical properties testing: testing the materials’ properties, such as tension, bending resistance, stress resistance, flaring, forging abilities, hardness, impact, endurance, creep, fatigue and so on.  

8、物理性能测试:材料磁学、电学(电阻)、光学(折射率)、热学(差热分析、热重分析、热膨胀)等性能测试。    

     Physical properties testing: testing the materials’ properties, such as magnetic, electrics (resistance), Optics (refractive index),   thermology (differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, heat expansion).  

9、化学性能测试:材料的盐雾试验、不锈钢腐蚀试验等。 

     Chemical property testing: salt spray test of materials, corrosion test of stainless steel.  

10、粉体性能测试:粉体材料粒度、比表面积、松装密度、振实密度、安息角、Zeta电位等。 

     Powder properties testing: particle size, specific surface area, free holding density, tap density, stopping angle, Zeta-potential.  

11、薄膜性能测试:薄膜结合性能、薄膜抗磨损性能、薄膜厚度等。 

     Film properties testing: film cohesive performance, anti-wearing performance, film thickness.  

12、无损检测与焊接工艺评定:对钢结构焊缝及其它金属构件进行表面或内部的无损检测,按相关标准进行焊接工艺评定。        Nondestructive testing and welding procedure identification: nondestructively testing the surface or internal of steel construe welded seam and other hardware; identifying the welding procedure according to correlated standards.  

13、热处理:钢及有色金属的常规热处理与化学热处理,钢的淬透性测试,钢的表面处理等 

     Heat processing: normal heat treating and chemical heat treating of steel and nonferrous metal; testing the hardenability of steel; surface treatment of steel.  

14、热形变加工:金属及其合金的热压、锻造、轧制等形变加工。 

     Thermal deformation processing: heat pressing, forging and rolling for metal and alloy.   

15、粉末烧结:各种粉末样品的配料、制粉、混料、压制、真空或非真空烧结等。 

     Powder sintering: mixture, powder manufacturing, blending, pressing and vacuum or anti-vacuum sintering for all kinds of samples.  

16、中频冶炼与合金制备:各种合金与有色金属的配制,真空或非真空熔炼、浇铸等。 

     Medium frequency smelting and alloy preparation: mixture of all kinds of alloy and nonferrous metal, vacuum or anti-vacuum smelting and casting.
